Founder of Career Center and Managing Partner of Career Group, she has solid experience in supporting the careers of CEOs, senior executives and in developing Human Resources projects. Guest speaker and debater at international Management events, she created the first Strategic Management in Human Resources program on HSM's ManagemenTV.
Over 30 years of experience in Career Transition, Executive Search and Leadership Development. she worked with DBM - LHH and PWC. She has a specialization course in Leading Professional Services Firms from Harvard Business School and in Career Management from Oklahoma University. Graduated in Psychology and postgraduate in Human Resources Administration. Representative of OI Global, a worldwide network of career transition and human development consultancies.
Karin Parodi

Managing Partner of Career Group, he is a professional with a passion for boosting careers and empowering leaders. With a solid degree in Business Administration from the Getulio Vargas Foundation (EAESP), he deepened his knowledge of Finance through postgraduate studies at Insper.
He is currently studying for an MBA in Strategic Human Resources Management, seeking to further improve his expertise in the area. With a diverse trajectory, he has accumulated experience in strategic consultancies, was a financial trainee at Banco Itaú and, as an entrepreneur, founded Startup Meu Entrevistador, contributing to innovations in outplacement processes.
